TRACKSMITHRun.
Flipping through a magazine as you pedal for 30 minutes without moving an inch is fine.
Listening to two dudes argue with each other as you climb a skyscraper without leaving the first floor is acceptable.
Watching last night's episode while you bump up the incline three clicks is cool by us.

But once your workout isn't confined inside concrete walls, everything must be put aside so you can truly experience the run; because the world around us is all the motivation we need, and we have more than enough distractions in our lives as it is.

Know that the most fantastical audiobook cannot paint a picture as beautiful as the sight of a finish line, and the most energetic music doesn't come close to getting you as hyped as trying to beat the school bus to the next light.

So instead of blocking out the world around you, be present. Use 'for sale' signs as distance markers and brush up on your Spanish as you count every silver car you see.

These things, just like the materials we use, are negligible to most but shape our mission as we appreciate the intricacies of the world and the gear alike.

So be a fan of the journey and appreciate the small parts that add up to make each one so beautiful. Don't just run; Let The Details Move You.
